Cancellation of Participation

a) Cancellations received till September 1, 2012 (including)
In case of cancellations received till September 1, 2012 (including) the registration fee paid will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of 20 EUR.

b) Cancellations received after September 1 and before September 24, 2012 (including)
In case of cancellations received after September 1, 2012 and before September 24, 2012 (including) the registration fee paid will be refunded in full, less an augmented administrative fee of 45 EUR.

c) Cancellations received after September 24, 2012
In case of cancellations of the participation received after September 24, 2012 Academia Tours will not refund any payments.

Organizers cannot guarantee the publishing of abstracts in the Book of Abstracts for those participants who will not pay the registration fee before August 31, 2012.
