Accommodation
Rooms:
The Congress Center situated in the Castle of Smolenice is offering modest accommodation in 9 single rooms, 16 double/twin rooms, 7 triple rooms, 2 quadruple rooms and 5 apartments for 2 persons. Rooms are equipped with shower / WC (only the apartments have a bathtub), TV, some of them have radio and there is a refrigerator and safe in each apartment. Wireless internet access is available in the entire Congress Center.

The room price includes: accommodation, breakfast, all taxes and service charges.
Please kindly note that the requested rooms will be confirmed on a First Come - First Served basis.
Cancellation of accommodation
Acceptance of a notification of cancellation sent to Academia Tours by E-mail or fax will be acknowledged within 2 working days.
a) Cancellations done before August 31, 2009 (including)
In case of cancellation of bookings received before August 31, 2009 (including) payments for booked services will be refunded in full, less an administration fee of 25 Euro per each cancelled room booking.
b) Cancellations done between September 01 and September 30, 2009 (including)
In case of cancellation of bookings received between September 01 and September 30, 2009 (including) payments for booked services will be refunded except for the price of the accommodation for the first night. An administrative fee of 25 Euro per each cancelled room booking will be charged.
c) Cancellations done on October 01, 2009 and after
In case of cancellation of bookings received on October 01, 2009 and after payments for booked services will be refunded except for the price of the accommodation for two nights. In addition an administrative fee of 25 Euro per each cancelled room booking will be charged.
d) No-show and check out before departure date
ACADEMIA TOURS will not refund any payments in case of no-show or departure before the confirmed check out date, transfer or other social & cultural event booked.
